education institutions for the year 2013 AD are as follows:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\">The Board of Trustees shall be responsible for taking all appropriate measures and decisions to achieve the objectives of the Foundation.<\/p><ol><li style=\"text-align: right;\">Nominating a chairperson from among its members and submitting it to the council chairman for approval.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: right;\">put policies and plans for the development of the institution and upgrading it academically, administratively and financially.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: right;\">Attracting financial resources.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: right;\">Supervising the financial and administrative committee of the institution.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: right;\">Leave the annual budget of the institution.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: right;\">Appointing the institution's legal auditor and discussing his annual report or any other report he submits.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: right;\">Conclusion of contracts and agreements.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: right;\">Approval of the appointment of holders of senior management
