Financial and Administrative Committee

The Financial and Administrative Committee is concerned with the implementation and follow-up of the financial and administrative aspects related to the college from funding sources, follow-up of revenues and expenditure items, preparation of financial and administrative reports, budget proposal development, budget approval and review by legal auditors.

Formation of the financial and administrative committee

The financial and administrative committee was formed in accordance with the decree establishing private and foreign higher education institutions for the year 2013. Administrative Decision No. (7) of 2015

Functions of the Financial and Administrative Committee

  1. Preparing budget proposals and submitting them to the Board of Trustees.
  2. Studying any administrative or financial issue related to the Foundation submitted by the Dean or the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and submitting its recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
  3. Invite any person to attend any of its meetings without that person having the right to vote.
