The current Board of Trustees was formed in accordance with the order establishing private and foreign higher education institutions for the year 2013 AD, and it was approved by Ministerial Resolution No. (52) of 2018 issued by the President of the National Council for Higher Education and Scientific Research, on March 22, 2018.

The Functions of the Board of Trustees

The Functions of the Board of Trustees in accordance with the decree establishing private and foreign higher education institutions for the year 2013 AD are as follows:

The Board of Trustees shall be responsible for taking all appropriate measures and decisions to achieve the objectives of the Foundation.

  1. Nominating a chairperson from among its members and submitting it to the council chairman for approval.
  2. put policies and plans for the development of the institution and upgrading it academically, administratively and financially.
  3. Attracting financial resources.
  4. Supervising the financial and administrative committee of the institution.
  5. Leave the annual budget of the institution.
  6. Appointing the institution's legal auditor and discussing his annual report or any other report he submits.
  7. Conclusion of contracts and agreements.
  8. Approval of the appointment of holders of senior management positions.
