It is concerned with collecting the data of the college in a computerized container that depends on the various computerized information systems in the college and is concerned with managing and classifying it according to the required indicators of the information and presenting it in a specific and easy form. Its tasks are as follows:
- Issuing the necessary statistics to assist the college’s administrative and academic bodies in making the appropriate decisions.
- Keep copies of academic and administrative decisions, student results, professors' data and department data.
- Analyzing data to assist the college and program management in drawing up and implementing plans and programs on scientific grounds.
- Providing scientific services such as research, periodicals and information to the concerned parties inside and outside the college.
- Contribute to linking the college with information centers inside and outside the college in coordination with the Dean.
